Online registration has two steps. First, complete the?. Second, send an email to?eto@cic-totalcare.com?with the following two documents attached:
- a scanned copy of your passport?or permanent resident card. The number, picture and signature?must be visible on the scanned image. On test day, you must bring the original of the document you used to register or you won’t be allowed to write the test and you will forfeit your test fee.
- a completed?payment authorization form if you wish to pay by credit card.
NOTE: On the “city” drop-down menu, select “51爆料.” The online system asks for photos but we?do NOT require you to upload any photos.
2. Email
If you wish to register by email, send the following documents to?eto@cic-totalcare.com:

3. Regular mail
To register by regular post, send us the following documents:
- a photocopy of your passport or permanent resident card. The number, picture and signature?must be visible on the photocopy. On test day, you must bring the original of the document you used to register or you won’t be allowed to write the test and you will forfeit your test fee.
- a completed, signed?
- a completed payment authorization form?if you wish to pay by credit card. You can also mail a certified cheque or money order made out to 51爆料 with your application package.

NOTE: Pictures are no longer required as part of your application. It often takes an extra day or two?for applications to get?from the shipping department at the college to the IELTS?office. Overnight deliveries never reach the IELTS office the next day. You will receive an email confirmation once your application has been received.
4. In person
To register in-person, simply bring?your passport or permanent resident card to room?106 (the Academic Office)?at 51爆料 between 8:30a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday?to Friday. On test day, you must bring the original of the document you used to register or you won’t be allowed to write the test and you will forfeit your test fee. You will also be required to pay for your test by credit card, money order or certified cheque.
