Our?Stepped-up Safety?protocols?were implemented earlier in 2020, at a?higher standard?and before it was?imposed by the public health authorities.?As the pandemic evolves, the protocols get reviewed and updated by CIC’s Safe School Committee on a regular basis.?
Some of the protocols currently in place at CIC:?
- 21–day?Quarantine?in a designated Residence building?for new and returning students?
- Daily?Survey?& Health Screening?for all Staff, Students and Bus Drivers?
- Double Protective Equipment?for all staff and?students?
- Medical grade?mask?
- Face shield?
- Frequent?deep cleaning?of all areas, especially high-touch?surfaces?
- Highly effective and safe?disinfectants?are sprayed with a fogging device in all classrooms, residences, and buses daily?
- Banning non-essential visitors
